Data Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of account data, uploaded media, generated content records and support records associated with Aurella AI.

How to Submit a Request

Please email sujianglin39@gmail.com from your registered or commonly used email address with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the app name, account email or user ID, and the data you want deleted.

Processing Time

We usually confirm requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within a reasonable period. Information that must be retained for legal, security, billing or dispute-related purposes may be kept as required and deleted later when permitted.

Effect of Deletion

After account data or generation records are deleted, related history, credits, subscription display or personalization settings may not be recoverable.
